Tools you will need: Screw Driver (cordless powered screw driver is recommended) and Ladder
What we recommend:
- Cubby House is securely fixed on a level concrete/paved floor or timber joist floor. Base/Floor area to be no less than 2350mm x 1650mm.
- Immediately after assembly you waterproof all joins by using silicon sealant which can be purchased from your local hardware store
- Due to the size and weight of the cubby house panels we recommend that a minimum 2 capable people jointly assemble this cubby house. Do not attempt to assemble without assistance of second capable person.
- In our experience, once base/floor area is prepared, assembly of Cubby House can take up to 1 ½ to 2 hours by 2 capable people (using a cordless powered screw driver)
- To ensure the best results when assembling your new Hip Kids Cubby House, please read all instructions carefully prior to commencing and allow ample time for completion of project
